Coaching with True Azimuth includes access to profiles to inform your coaching experience. Research-based tools from Inscape Publishing and Pearson.

Inscape is the world leader with DiSC assessments and offers a range of other tools from time management to coping & stress management. Every year, more than one million people worldwide learn how to work more
effectively with others by using Inscape Publishing training products.

Pearson is the global leader in clinical assessment, providing a wide range of assessments for personality, behavior, ability, achievement, speech and language, and career interests. Becuase I am a credentialled counselor, I have access to tools many other coaches do not.

This usually happens when a client comes to coaching with a career struggle (we tap into Pearsons Career and Skill Assessment), struggle with time management (we tap into Inscape's Time Mastery Profile), have a leadership focus (we tap into Inscape's DiSC profile) or report significant stress (we tap into Inscape's Coping & Stress Profile).
